Embassy Requirements
Account maintenance certificate with bank statement of last six months.
Two Photographs Size (2 x 2) in White Back Ground (Mate finish paper).
Original Passport with 08 months validity attach previous passport if any.
Work proof:
If business: NTN, Letter head and visiting card (certificate of chamber of commerce / tax returns)
If job: Joining letter, recent 3 months’ salary slip and leave letter)
Valid CNIC copy.
Travel insurance policy or letter.
Polio vaccination card.
FRC (Family registration certificate) OR MRC (Marriage registration certificate, if married)
Confirm Hotel Itinerary.
Confirm Ticket Itinerary.
Request letter for embassy on company letterhead with visiting card.
